How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, all orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the moment the order is placed. However, we most often ship within two business days of receiving payment.

Where can I see your bags in person?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an exhibition and do not sell our products in stores. If you have questions about our bags, we are happy to help. We record many videos and conduct live broadcasts, so if you see us there, feel free to ask any questions! We often send videos or photos in private messages if you have questions.

Returns

Only products without initials can be returned! For us to accept a return, the product must be complete, new, show no signs of use, and be free of dirt.

How long do I have to return an item?

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Who bears the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping for returns is borne by you.
