Returns and Payments Policy

Only products without initials can be returned! For us to accept a return, the product must be complete, new, show no signs of use, and be free of dirt.

How to make a return?

To initiate a return, send an email to hello@lewoodesign.pl, stating your wish to return the item and providing your order number. We will contact you and assist with the next steps.

How long do I have to return an item?

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Who covers the shipping cost?

The shipping cost for returns is at your expense.

How long does it take to process a return and refund the money?

The return process begins when your parcel is unpacked by our employee. The refund takes a maximum of 14 days from that moment. You will receive information about the return processing via email or phone.

Should the returned item be packed in its original box?

We do not require the original packaging, but we encourage you to reuse it if the order was delivered in a box.
